Glendale, California, USA – Greg Andruk grew up in Southern California and later moved to Utah to obtain his degree. He was about to get drafted for the Vietnam war when President Richard Nixon got rid of the draft. That is why Nixon is still one of his favorite Presidents.
Moving to Utah he got a BS degree in Accounting from Utah State University, and an MBA from USC. Greg is also a licensed CPA, MBA and a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). Greg combines his large array of expertise, knowledge and credentials to coach businessmen, CEOs, Managers, Decision-makers and other key personnel in organizations.
With the “vision of an MBA and an eye of a CPA”, Greg Andruk finds solutions to the problems in the business world.
Greg is currently working as a CFO for a vitamin and supplements company in California. He first started managing cash flow for Dart Industries, which helped him gain valuable experience and a true spirit of a visionary and a change bringer.
Following his work as a cash flow expert, he later dove into other fields including vendor relations, talent recruitment, transition planning, tax consultant, marketing, exit strategy and many other aspects that ensure smooth functioning of any organization.
Greg has also worked with some of the most renowned companies of the USA, including Jet America Airlines, Continental Airlines and Jack Lallane’s Health Spas.
Specializing in work/life balance, Greg is also a believer that working overtime doesn’t necessarily guarantee business success. Personal life and having a relaxed time is as important as work. That’s why Greg enjoys his time off riding his motorcycles and feeling the cold breeze.
He also has a keen interest in classic Cadillacs and is currently working on a Cadillac project car. Moreover, he also likes to swim with the Master’s team and loves spending time in his garden, planting and taking care of all the new and old flowers and vegetables.
As a certified professional coach from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), Greg helps businesses into new and broader perspectives. He gives managers valuable insights regarding cash, employees and communication with vendors and customers.
He has been coaching for a very long time now and believes coaching is very crucial. Businessmen who have coaches, perform really well and succeed with their business. That is what Greg wants, he wants to train entrepreneurs and CEOs for the success of their businesses. Before he started coaching, he was a consulting expert for over 19 years at his company.
Continuing his journey with iPEC, Greg is also an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist. These specialized certifications allow Greg to coach and consult businessmen with a wide range of their business aspects including finance, leadership ability, mindset, life perspective, long-term goals, work/life balance, health, productivity and communication.
Greg is also an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner from Cappfinity, one of the largest organizations that conduct Strengths profile. By conducting a Strengths Profile assessment, Greg can understand each employee, including their areas of interests, what they are good at, what drains their energy and how the manager can unlock their highest potential. Unlike Myers Briggs Assessment, Strengths Profiling can provide valuable insights about the employees that can improve their work and input for the organization.
Coaching involves meeting with diverse people, and throughout his career, Greg has worked with difficult but interesting people like, Bob Six the Founder of Continental Airlines, Frank Lorenzo airline entrepreneur who at one time controlled the largest airline group in the world, Justin Dart founder of Dart Industries nicknamed the “King Maker” for convincing Ronald Reagan to run for Governor and President, and Jack Lallane health and fitness pioneer.
Working with such people has given him immense experience and heightened his awareness of how to present a problem in a non-confrontational way. He tries to be honest and transparent about the money and where it is being diverted. Doing so will allow the managers to act rationally and take the necessary actions to deal with them.
Greg has solved many problems by coaching and mentoring people in a wide array of businesses. Most of the time, he is called in to help with the problems that don’t even fall in his domain, that’s because they know he can deal with any situation.
