Consistency is all about being calm and routine. In order to get progress, you have to bring in continuous effort. This refers to everything in life, from job to home to social life. For starters, if you're trying to get fit, working out regularly 3 days a week is way better than working out vigorously every single day and then burning out. You have to bring the work in and the consequences will follow. There really isn't any way around that.

Those who reach a high degree of achievement may be said to be inherently more knowledgeable, or perhaps more optimistic, or perhaps more persistent, or perhaps just luckier than the people in the second category. Of necessity, these are also main aspects that will definitely help individuals accomplish their objectives. However, there is only one ingredient that is more critical than everything else that goes into a performance. And in the shape of consistency, the ingredient comes.

Hemant Kumar whose passion is Bodyweight Training has been able to do it because of his consistency towards it. Calisthenics is a type of bodyweight training and physical exercise based on helping you to master your own bodyweight using limited equipment. Calisthenics is the full set. Body and mind work together on the ultimate symphony of mobility, flexibility, power, and play.

In Delhi, Hemant Kumar was born and raised and is a certified bodyweight fitness coach.

Before that, he used to be skinny, which is why his fellow peers used to ridicule him. Owing to the thin structure of his body, he was sometimes called a girl. Until class 10th, he had suffered from critical health problems and after that, he had experienced depression and anxiety. He promised to take care of his body in the first year of college. But the discoveries were not flawless.

He was unable to calm down emotionally until he became financially settled and then even. So then, as he was scrolling the YouTube feeds and tapping on Calisthenics links, a life-turning moment arrived. These videos made his mind and heart leap. After spending a year studying the fundamentals of Calisthenics, he then discovered that he was just made to do this. And tell me what; he's been practicing Calisthenics for 10 years now.

It was just about his consistent nature, he was able to so that. He never left a single day of training. He used to work in the bank as well as continued his training on the side. He is a real inspiration who has proved that anything can be achieved by being consistent in life.
